Rules and Guidelines 

Welcome, valued vendors, to our Subversion Events! We appreciate your contribution to making this event a success. To ensure a harmonious and positive experience for all participants, please adhere to the following rules and guidelines

Vendor Guide Book

 

1. Booth Setup: Set up your booth within the designated area and ensure it does not obstruct pathways or neighboring vendors. Be mindful of space constraints.

2. Promotional Materials: Distribute promotional materials only within your designated booth area. Respect the event's guidelines on flyer distribution to maintain a tidy environment.

3. Product Compliance: Ensure that all products and services align with the event's theme and are in compliance with local laws and regulations.

4. Staff Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor. All staff should be knowledgeable about your products/services and be courteous to event staff, fellow vendors, and attendees.

​

5. Timely Arrival/Departure: Arrive on time for setup and stay until the event concludes. Early departure can disrupt the overall experience for attendees.

​

6. Noise Levels: Keep noise levels at an appropriate level to allow for conversations at neighboring booths. Any amplified sound must be pre-approved by event organizers.

​

7. Waste Management: Dispose of waste responsibly. Utilize designated trash bins and recycling facilities to keep the event area clean.

​

8. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with event emergency procedures and contact information for event organizers.
